SlimDiscovery collects information needed to process requests submitted through our service. This may include contact information, request details, account or record identifiers, authorized records, security and authentication information, and related technical logs.
Authorized Data Connections
When you choose to connect an account or authorize a data connection, SlimDiscovery receives only the information needed to complete the request. We use trusted service providers, including Plaid where applicable, to support authorized data connections. How Data Is Protected
Sensitive information is protected in transit using TLS and protected at rest using encryption and access controls appropriate to the type of information stored.
Retention and Deletion
SlimDiscovery keeps information only as long as needed for the request, security, operational, legal, or contractual purposes. Unless a legal hold or other required retention obligation applies, request data is deleted 90 days after the request expires. You may request deletion by contacting the organization that sent the request.
